Yes. you can call anywhere in US and to the any country outside. But, due to the contract with the carriers in each country are vary, there might be some limitation depends on the country.
However, you can call to most of countries to the Landlines and Some other countries such as China , Korea etc. will be possible to call to both mobile and landline.

c. How many cities do you cover in U.S.?

Our extended coverage now covers over 90% of US cities. With lowest fixed rate, you can enjoy unlimited call, mail, internet, text and international calls. It means that it covers most of the major areas in US. As long as you stay in the SVC areas, you can make a call to anywhere in US and even other countries. d. How does insurance work ?

Any issues are under warranty, we are not charging you. But, if a phone broken due to the customers misuse such as broken LCD, water damage, broken charging parts, we need to claim as shown on the ordering page. If you pay for the insurance, anything is happened, it will be covered if you pay the deductable which are vary per category.
